Our commitment to a safe Festival

All attendees for outdoor events must complete an online waiver.

One Wings waiver per attendee will cover the whole week of the festival. Note: Addition waivers may be required by some of our affiliate business partner. (eg: Columbia River Paddle)

2026 waiver available beginning April 7, 2026.

With successful completion, a copy of your waiver will be emailed to you. If you do not receive the email with your waiver copy, please check your SPAM folder. 

Please ensure you have the email copy or a photo of the completed waiver available to show the event leader.
