The Wings over the Rockies Nature Festival is made possible through the generous support of businesses, organizations, and individuals who donate funds, services and time.

Revenue generated from the festival is to used to sustain the Wings Over the Rockies Nature Festival. Any additional funds are reinvested into conservation and education projects and organizations within the Upper Columbia Valley. For example, the Columbia Valley Wetlands Stewardship Partners, Columbia Basin Environmental Education Network (CBEEN), Project Take Flight Wildlife Rehabilitation Society (to help injured birds return to the wilderness), Wild Voices for Kids (initially a Wings program and now run by CBEEN), school student events in the Columbia Valley during the Festival, Summit Trail Makers Society (maintenance of local back country hiking trails) and other environmental research and stewardship projects.
